Jarrett’s journey in the moving industry began long before he ever owned a company. Growing up in Alexandria, Virginia, he started working for a local moving company while still in high school, where he built the work ethic and industry know-how that would shape his future.

A collegiate football player at Fairmont State University, Jarrett earned his degree in Exercise Science before continuing on to a master’s in Sports Coaching at West Virginia State University. Along the way, he took on leadership roles in strength and conditioning and youth sports—learning how to build teams, lead under pressure, and push for excellence.

But Jarrett wasn’t meant to build someone else’s vision. Driven to create something better, he founded Xclusive Movers with one goal: raise the standard of what a moving company should be.

Today, Xclusive Movers is known for professionalism, efficiency, and care—led by a founder who’s committed to making every move seamless, stress-free, and done right.
