As we welcome 2025, all of us at MoveitPro are taking a moment to celebrate the incredible year we’ve had and look forward to what’s ahead. From launching exciting new initiatives to helping moving companies thrive, 2024 was a year of growth and success for both our company and our customers. Here’s a look back at what we accomplished—and a sneak peek into how we’re gearing up for an even better year!
We kicked off 2024 in style with the first-ever Moving Legends Retreat in March. The event brought together moving industry professionals for networking, learning, and growth. The retreat was a huge success, and now we're preparing for the 2nd Moving Legends Retreat, only a few months away, on March 27-30, 2025 here in Central Florida.
In Spring of 2024, we rebranded the Moving Company Owners Podcast into something bigger and better, Shift Happens: Beyond The Boxes with MoveitPro CEO Jason Bergenske. The podcast now focuses on a wider audience, including professionals from across the home services industry, like mortgage brokers and other experts.

We even built a dedicated video podcast studio at MoveitPro HQ, to elevate production quality. To make things even more exciting, we then launched a Q&A Live Show, which is an extension of Shift Happens: Beyond The Boxes where listeners can call in and ask questions with MoveitPro Staff and Guests live on air. These streams are shared on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, making it easy for everyone to tune in and connect.
In October, we were proud to be a sponsor and vendor at the Moving Titans Retreat in Tampa, Florida. This event was a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals, showcase MoveitPro, and strengthen our presence in the moving business community. We had the pleasure of meeting so many of you, learning about your businesses, and demonstrating how MoveitPro can help streamline operations and drive growth. Many of you decided to join the MoveitPro family, and we couldn’t be more excited to support your success.
When Oncue, a former moving CRM and call center, abruptly shut down in August, many moving companies were left stranded with days to find a new CRM and hours before losing their Call Center Agents. While this was an unfortunate event, it also allowed us to step up and support those businesses. Many Oncue customers turned to MoveitPro, and we’re proud to have welcomed them into our community, ensuring a seamless transition and a fresh start.
This year, we significantly expanded our video production and marketing efforts to strengthen our brand visibility and better connect with our audience. From creating a behind-the-scenes video "MoveitPro Work Culture" that showcased our headquarters and employees to producing heartfelt 4th of July and Christmas Videos, we’ve been working hard to share the spirit of MoveitPro with the Moving Industry.
Education became a core focus in 2024 with the launch of our Moveit Mondays Movers Education blog series. This initiative was designed to help moving company owners and employees improve their operations, scale their businesses, and gain practical insights. From tips on building professional teams to strategies for branding and marketing when just starting, our blog series has already made an impact—and there’s much more to come in 2025.
