Hey guys, are you looking to grow your business? Of course, you are. Dumb question, right? An easy way to get more jobs is lead providers. There are a ton of them out there with multiple price ranges. A quick phone call can get you set up. If you're a MoveitPro customer, be sure to tell them.

You may get a discount for being a client of MoveitPro. Today is a digital age. Most customers will rather go online and do some quick research before they call anyone, so make sure your business name is coming up. No matter who or where they are on the internet, if the client goes to movers.com or Billy Partners, they're sent to your business.

The goal is to be on the mind of anyone looking to move. The only way to do this is to have them access your company from multiple websites. Lead providers can help bridge this gap. The client doesn't have to be on your specific website to ask for a quote from you. We provide a list of 20-plus lead providers that MoveitPro does integrate with.

If you find one that's not on our list, let us know. We can usually talk to them and actually make 'em part of our company. Keep in mind that this could send you too much business. Another good problem to have as well. But maybe start by adding three lead providers. Two months later, add three more, and so on until you get to the point where you don't need lead providers.

The goal is when people want to move, they think of you first. Without hesitation, I need to call ABC moving. If you're not at this point yet, your goal is to get to this point, give me a call. 

Have you ever wondered who is taking what job and when? Or do I have three jobs and 10 guys who need to go where? If you're using CRM dispatch software, you can probably skip this video. You're covered. If not, let me explain how much time, stress, and mistakes we can fix by using one. The biggest question I hear about dispatch must be from the clients on the day of the move or sooner them asking, where is my truck?

Are your guys on the way? Can they be here any sooner or later?  Most of the time the owner has no idea. Even if they wrote the schedule, no blame from me. They have enough on their minds to think about. But wouldn't it be nice if any office member can view the daily schedule when these calls come in?

A quick check on your dispatch page, we'll confirm what job is where, when they're gonna be there, on what day, and on what?

Which of these jobs and which crew members are assigned to the job quickly and easily for any office member to handle these calls and questions? The reverse issue is the crew members themselves asking, when do I work on which job?

Who's working with me? A good dispatch software still houses all this information. It'll even send text messages and emails to your crew letting them know which jobs they're part of when they need to be coming into work. I think the hardest part of dispatching is figuring out which jobs should go first.

Do you have enough time to complete this job before getting to the next one? do you have enough trucks and crew to handle all the jobs of the day? Again, a good CRM, dispatching software will list all the jobs for the day. You'll see clearly if there any jobs are overlapping. You can see which crew members you have available for the day and if they're already part of another job. I know things can change last minute when it comes to scheduling, part of scheduling is making sure the crew has access to the jobs and paperwork they need for each move. So as long as they are assigned to the job, they will be able to access all the information and paperwork needed for that job.

If at the last minute, you remove them from the job, it will automatically remove their access from that job. They will only be able to access jobs that they are assigned to.
