Leads! Leads are your best friend in the moving industry, these will make or break you. In this blog post, we will be going over ways to help increase your leads and even improve the quality of your leads.
Web Form Leads
Web form leads are the most consistent way to get quality leads for your company. These are going to be any leads that come in from a web form attached to your website. The webform leads coming in are people actively looking for a quote from your company, comparing this to a lead provider who sends you any customer you’ll find that you tend to book many more customers coming in this way.
We do offer web forms for your customers to fill out at no additional cost, if you are interested in learning more about this or interested in seeing an example please feel free to hop in our chat.
Lead Providers
Lead providers are typically what is commonly used in the moving industry, they will send you a large number of leads. As a side note, please remember that there may be dead leads in here or leads that go nowhere. This is typical with lead providers as it’s usually Quantity>Quality. These would come straight into moving industry software like MoveitPro as an Urgent Notification for you to view.
If you are interested in learning about some lead providers we integrate with please come into the chat and ask :) We do not integrate with every lead provider so it’s better to be safe than sorry.
Residential Leads
These are leads that are typically brought in manually from things like flyers, trucks, yard signs, etc. These are also typically done within your local area, this would be the same as the web form leads and would generally bring quality leads that lead to more bookings.
These leads would need to be entered in MoveitPro manually, however, you have the ability to keep track of how they heard about you in the system. This will allow you to run a report to see what lead sources are benefiting you the best and bringing in the most customers.
You Got this!!
Regardless of the quality or quantity of the leads you have coming in, it comes down to how you sell. Stick with it and provide that excellent service and I know you’ll do just fine :)
