Once they fill out this info and save it, it will port directly into your system and show a notification so you can easily access this future customer.

This form is just a quick estimate and does not include all information about their move.

Long/Full Moving Estimate Form

The Long form takes the Short/Quick form above and has extra information regarding their move that they are able to fill out. When filling this out they can add in their entire inventory list of items they are wanting to move and even be able to check off if they would like any additional services such as packing materials, packing services, and storage services. Lastly, they can leave any notes regarding their move that they would like you to know!

This form is a longer version of the quick form and includes more information about their move for a more accurate estimate.

 

Custom Moving Form

This form is a customizable one that allows you to create your own form and choose what fields you would like the customer to be able to fill out on it! Our software for moving company only allows the forms to come in as plain text and not any other format. The fields that can be transferred into the system are first name, last name, email, from state/city/zip, to state/city/zip, move date, work/home/mobile phone, estimated move weight, origin floor, destination floor, the best time to call, and any additional comments.

This form is a little more advanced since this is a custom form that you would need to create, but allows you to choose exactly what fields you want the customer to be able to fill out.
